Early Victorian all iron king size bedstead with lovely shapes and good quality detail in decorative castings. We have sympathetically restored and extended and strengthened the side rails which have been adapted to support wood slats. Corner joints, known as chills ,have been checked for good fit so the bed is solid and strong ready to give another hundred years service and pleasure.Hand finished in lovely whitewash effect over Little Green paint company
