Very Pretty Forged Iron King Size Bed

Description

Very pretty forged iron Portuguese kingsize bedstead with lovely wire trellis detail and foliate central cast detail. Original iron castors can be removed if preferred. Light and airy look yet strong sturdy construction. Well fitting cornet joints. Sympathetically restored with rails extended to suit modern king size mattress 150cm x 200cm.The frame has been shot blasted and rimed prior to hand paint finish in beautiful soft, pale Little Green Pint company Dorchester pink. Round brass knobs on each corner.

Head height at centre 136cm,

Foot height 99.5cm

Side rail height 35.5cm

Overall width 152.5cm

Overall length 208cm.

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

We can also supply mini box bases 2" with platform top (£225) or 4"with springs (£275)for better mattress support and get into bed height. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices from £225-£850
