Late Victorian Sheraton Revival Satinwood Triple Wardrobe

Description

A very fine quality late 19th century satinwood triple wardrobe of break-bow fronted form the centre section with a cupboard enclosed by two doors above four graduated drawers and flanked by full-length hanging cupboards within each wing.

The exterior decorated with striking satinwood veneers 'book-matched' throughout and with inlaid tulip-wood, shaped oval panels to the two central upper doors. The drawers also cross-banded in tulip-wood and the cornice inlaid with crosshatched ebony lines below a dentil band.
