A beautifully made, pair of Engish solid antique oak single beds by Gordon Russell in 1920. Part of the Gordon Russell, Saintbury collection of furniture. This standard single size pair of antique oak beds have a single, well panelled oak headboard and footboard with lovely solid chestnut side rails, all pegged construction with chamfered edges and both this pair of Gordon Russell antique oak beds are a wonderful, original colour and finish. They are both fitted with newly, hand made pine slatted bases.
