Its About Time has dated this piece to the 1960s.
Apparently only 2-300 were ever made for promotions through the Beatles new Apple Boutique. This 'boutique' as it was known, opened in 1967 on Dec' 5th. The opening party was attended by John, George, Eric Clapton, Cilla Black and many more who drank apple juice as it didn't have an alcohol licence! The shop was only open for just over 1 year as there was a lot of 'Shop lifting' and John Lennon took a very relaxed approach to security. The boutique ended up closing as it had lost such a large amount of money.

The watch is supplied on a new 34mm Leather strap. We have the original strap too, should want it. The case is Rhoduim plated brass and the dial is printed with an apple and gold plated hands. It even looks good as a desk clock!
The sticker on the back is just a stock number and peels off.
