Constructed with flame mahogany veneer in a warm brown colour, the piece displays rich patination and visible wood grain patterns across its surfaces. The upper section holds a shelf backed by a panel and crowned with a carved scroll crest, flanked by scrolling wooden supports at either end. Below the upper surface sits a long horizontal cushion drawer, resting above two cabinet doors that enclose the lower storage space. Flanking the doors are vertically reeded columns, while carved feet support the entire structure from the floor. The chiffonier measures 132 cm high, 91 cm wide, and 41 cm deep.
