Description

Antique edwardian inlaid mahogany double bedstead dating from aorund 1900. It has an arched top rail to the head & footboard with inlaid stringing and central inlaid shell motiffe above two wide slatted supports with inlaid stringing and further slatted supports to the centre and sides. It has architectural style squared top posts on tapered legs on castors. It has its original screw in iron rails.

In very nice condition with good colour and patination to the mahogany.

Measures: 58" high to headboard X 47" high to footboard X 80" long X 54" wide

Takes a standard double matress
