A finely sculptured bronze figure of Prince Albert Edward at 5 years old, Queen Victioria's eldest son who later became Edward VII dressed as a young sailor, a costume that created an enduring fashion for young boys. The bronze executed by Alexander Gueyton after a painting by his friend the court painter Winterhalter completed in 1846.
