Antique Regency Oak Double Wardrobe Armoire C1800 Wdb280/17.12

Lovely regency oak double wardrobe and dating from aorund 1800. It has raised bracket corners joined by a pierced frieze with central burr walnut inlaid shield motif. It has a deep oak frieze which has burr walnut inay to each end and to the centre (unfortunately the photographs do not show this very well). This is above two fielded panelled doors with brass handle and with internal rail and hooks. There are two drawers to the base and it both of which are pine lined with original brass handles and it stands on bracket feet.

The cornice top and both doors are removable for ease of transporting.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the oak.

Measures: 86" high X 24" deep X 22" internal depth X 52" wide
