Large Japanese Bronze Vase by Nogawa.

Description

An excellent and large multi metal encrusted vase by Nogawa . The on laid decoration of birds amongst wisteria applied in shakudo , shibuichi , silver , gold and copper , the borders inlaid with phoenix birds and flowers , all supported on well cast elephant heads in bronze .

Altogether an exceptional vase in excellent condition and of large size .

Signed on a silver tablet.
