Westmoreland 18th Century Antique Oak Settle Seat

This is a beautiful, mid 18th century period oak antique settle from the North of England in the old area of Westmoreland. A very good model that has a lovely raked back rest for added comfort. In very good condition and a wonderful, orignal colour and patina. This Georgian antique oak settle features shaped open arms, a well panelled and raised back, square front legs and the original rope seat base that has an upholstered seat pad. All pegged construction which is in superb, strong condition. Westmoreland and dating from around 1760.
