Lovely Antique Regency Mahogany Framed Sofa C1800 Wdb210/13.11

This is a lovely antique regency mahogany framed sofa and dating form aorund 1800. It has a mahogany reeded show frame with shaped & reeded high armrests ending in a scrolled handrest on a turned and shaped support on turned and ring legs on castors with sabre legs to the back. It was recovered some time ago in a lovely pale satin damask and it is also fabric covered to the back with a solid mahogany bracer to the base.

In very good condition and being sound and solid with a lovely colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the regency period.

Measures: 34" high X seat height 15" X 24" deep X 74" long
