This stunning French oak antique settee / Sofa dates from around 1900 in the Victorian period and is extremely comfortable, with a solid oak frame and out-swept arms this stunning antique stands on cabriole legs and has decorative carvings. It has recently been upholstered in a neutral cream fabric so would fit nicely with most interiors and the oak has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
