Spectacular High Quality Figured Mahogany Victorian Antique Wardrobe

Of Maple and co quality, this Spectacular Figured Mahogany Victorian Antique Wardrobe dates from ca. 1900. It has a moulded cornice with dental moulding, above a beautifully carved frieze, central bevelled mirrored door and two outer serpentine shaped sides, with original brass handle and crossbanded edges. The lower section has three mahogany lined drawers with original brass handles and the wardrobe stands on tapering legs. It splits into several sections for removal and has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
