Made from heavy gauge COPPER and measuring a very ample 25 inches (64 cm) in diameter, this eye-catching CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR BOWL, was originally used to caramelise sugar over a fire.

The BOWL has a round bottom, is very heavy and has good keying detail to the base and sides.

It is in good condition and could still be used for making sweet caramel or, equally, used to display flowers or as a focal point in a Country House Kitchen.
