Description

A good carved walnut Victorian Period antique settee/sofa. Having an oval padded back with a central carved cartouche with acanthus carved detail and open swept arms with fine quality carvings. The serpentine sprung seat with further fine quality carving and supported on elegant cabriole supports with brass castors. Newly re-upholstered by a traditional upholsterer in a "Romo" heavenly beige velvet. English circa 1860-1870

Dimensions: 62" wide x 26" deep x 39" high (seat height 16")

Condition: This settee is in wonderful condition, newly re-upholstered to a high standard
