This very handsome chest is of rounded corner design, and gives a vast amount of storage space. Having eight cock-beaded drawers in total.
Three small drawers to the top, over a further two larger drawers, giving lots of options for use. The drawers are oak lined showing great quality.
Constructed from mahogany, with the most wonderful rich flame figuring to the timbers.
All the original locks and escutcheons are present.
Turned bun handles.
Standing on a plinth base with flattened bun-feet.
Lovely rich colour and patination.
In excellent antique condition, general expected signs of age and use.
Very solid sturdy and strong.
