Castleforge Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the 1860s.
Internally there are two brass hanging rails and original mahogany hooks and to the base there are two drawers both of which are mahogany lined with original brass handles.
It has lovely rounded corners and stands on a plinth base.
Divides into two pieces for ease of transporting.
It is in very nice condition with a lovely colour and patination to the mahogany. There were a couple of very old small veneer chips to the cornice top which have been restored and hardly noticeable.
I am sure that whoever buys this lovely wardrobe will be very pleased with their purchase.
Please note that the photographs show it as lighter than it is as it was a very bright day when photographing and the photographs do not do this lovely wardrobe justice.
It measures: 81" high X 23" deep X 56" wide X internal depth 18"
