. Bands of shaped foliate medallions throughout. The copper body having been tinned or 'silvered' in traditional manner.

Some pleasing 'bleeding ' to the surface producing a mellow patina with reddish copper highlights.
Probably produced in the city and district of Mashhad , northern Persia , and area reknowned for the skilled manufacture of such wares.
In excellent condition with no dents or damage.
