Victorian C1860 mahogany compactum wardrobe.

Solid and strong, with no loose joints. Full of age, character and charm. Great matched flame mahogany veneers and patina. Would have been a very expensive piece when made. No woodworm.

Would look great in the right location! The as lined drawers slide freely.

Overall maximum dimensions: 254cm wide, 78cm deep, 200cm high. Hanging spaces 56cm wide, 57cm deep, 170 & 137cm high. This piece separates into 7 parts for transport (some reassembly will be needed).

Good antique condition with a few historic knocks, marks and chips, with some wear and imperfections as you would expect, nothing bad...all typical of a good antique piece of furniture. There are some veneer chips/repairs (most noticeable to the lower veneered section of the cornice and the section between the drawers and upstand pediment). There are no keys and the locks are untested.
