Amazing Georgian Antique Cumbrian Leather Sofa .

This is a fabulous, English late 18th century antique sofa /settee that is covered in the most wonderful original, thick brown leather. Dating from around 1800 and origianlly from Cumbria, this super country antique sofa has beautiful ash wood show wood arm supports and turned front legs. Made in excellent proportions, the sofa stands very well. In excellent condition given the sofa's age, the thick brown leather has some wear, but otherwise very thick and strong and with the orignal brass decorartive studs. The most handsome Georgian antique leather sofa we have ever had into stock, a superb piece.
