This Quality Waring and Gillows Edwardian solid Oak Antique Double Wardrobe dates from ca. 1920.
The doors have decorative brass handles with key and working locks. The wardrobe stands on a moulded plinth with bun feet, the left hand interior has a hanging rail with hooks and the right hand interior has a mirror, several shelves and compartments so there is plenty of storage. The oak has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
