This lovely French gilt kingsize upholstered low end bed is offered in very good condition.
The bed comprises of a shaped headboard with scalloped carving.
The footboard has a low design with ornately carved posts to either end.
The walnut bed frame has been painted in a red base coat and then a gilt paint finish, then given a slight shabbying to bring the red patina through.
The headboard has been completely reupholstered in a cream textured fabric and finished with a matching braid.
The bed accommodates a standard kingsize mattress 2000mm long x 1500mm wide.
The bed comes with a newly fitted set of substantial bed slats
