This is a really pretty Victorian Brass and cast iron double bed in super order with very attractive brass detail. The pretty brass knobs are in solid brass unlike most Victorian beds which mainly have hollow pressed brass knobs. The bed is painted in an attractive soft ivory colour and is in really good clean condition, with its original tight fitting side irons and a neat timber latt base so simply requires a standard double mattress. The headboard measures 46" in height and the base is 40" high. The bed is 79" long overall and 54" wide.
