Description

ANONYMOUS: a most attractive and lovely quality Art Deco period BRONZE SCULPTURE which depicts a young naked lady, seated upon a draped column as she fits her shoe to her right leg, the other held behind in her left hand. Her hair is styled in braided buns to either side, and the whole bronze is supported on its original 'rouge antico' marble base. This is a gorgeous bronze, with a particularly fine warm patina. Unsigned. 13ins (33cms) high.
