Late 19th Century Lovely Pair of Gilt Spelter Figures of Water Carriers.

Description

Late 19th century wonderful and decorative pair of gilt spelter male and female figures of water carriers, standing on celluloid bases.

Very well modelled, the female carrying 2 free moving buckets on a yoke with chains, and the male carrying one fixed and one free moving urn.

Size- 11.5 inches high, by 5.25 inches wide(female's yoke), by 4 inch diameter base.

These will look lovely on table, sideboard or mantel. It is great to have a pair.

In very good condition.
