Large Highly Decorative 19thc Cast Copper Charger Depicting Signs of the Zodiac

A large highly decorative late 19th century cast copper charger of exceptional quality, depicting signs of the Zodiac.

The charger consists of an outer section depicting the signs of the zodiac signs which are of excellent quality.

This leads into a section depicting mythical animals, possibly griffins as well as planets and also the months of January - June are named here.

The central section depicts cavorting cherubs with a central boss of various fruits again of excellent quality.

This is charger is possibly one of a pair but is still a very desirable piece to grace any wall, the charger has an original fixing to hang on a wall or it could be displayed on a stand.

This piece is in excellent condition and can go straight into a home.
