A superb quality late 19th century French bronze figure of a lute player dressed in Medieval costume with a good dark brown patination.

This figure wears a feathered hat, embroidered tunic and cloak and is playing his lute standing on a circular naturalistic base with signature 'Detrier De Blezer'.

This bronze is in excellent condition, of superb quality and can go straight into a home or collection.
