The headboard and footboard have ornate columns with carving and fluting.
The headboard has a carved garland with a central plaster plaque with the initials A and L.
The footboard has carvings and mouldings to a very high standard.
The rails also have lovely moulded detailing.
The bed comes with a newly fitted set of substantial bed slats.
The bed will accommodate a standard boulle mattress 1900 x 1400.
