Elegant Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Art Nouveau Wardrobe

This Elegant Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Art Nouveau Wardrobe circa, 1900 has a moulded cornice above a central bevelled mirrored door with the original handle and key with working lock. The interior has a later removable hanging rail and the sides have elegant Art Nouveau inlaid panels, some of the edges have beautiful checker banded inlays. The lower part of the wardrobe has a deep mahogany lined drawer with the original handles and provides an adequate amount of storage; it stands on raised feet and splits into three sections for easy removal. The mahogany has aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
