This stunning walnut French Armoire is in very good condition.
The armoire has a solid walnut frame with detailed carving.
The canopy has been intricately carved with leaves and flowers. The carving on the canopy overlaps the body of the armoire above the mirrored door.
Below the door the carving is continued with flowers and leaves on a scalloped base.
The door has scalloped shaping, carved detailing and a shaped, bevelled mirror.
The armoire stands on carved cabriole legs with escargot feet.
Internally there is a drawer and four original shelves, altenatively two hanging rails can be fitted, front to back due to the depth, to the underside of a shelf.
