This 19th century bed is of a superb quality with beautiful amboyna veneers and set with kingwood and ebony crossbanding. The foot of the bed has a wonderful panel of inlaid foliage and flowers set in a elegant urn. The bed head has attractive turned pillars set with ormolu capitals. This bed will be supplied with a custom made 5''base that will take a standard 4''6'' mattress which you can purchase easily off the shelf at any bed store. A superb piece that oozes elegance and quality. Condition is excellent.
