This quality french carved mahogany french kingsize bed in the Louis XVI style is offered in very good condition.
The bed comprises of a carved headboard with an ornate carving to the top pediment. The carving has a garland with floral detailing. There are turned finials to the top corners and carving down both sides of the headboard.
The footboard has centre panel that has carved swags with floral detailing. The footboard has carving around the centre panel, down the front edges and around the top moulded edge.
The bed stands on turned mahogany legs.
The bed has carved side rails and comes with a newly fitted set of bed slats.
