Description

This attractive walnut corbeille bed is offered in very good condition.

The walnut frame has lovely carving to the frame, legs and side rails

The headboard and footboard have been upholstered in a grey toile de jouy fabric and finished with antique studding.

The frame has swept shaping throughout and stands on classic cabriole legs with escargot feet.

Due to the shape of the footboard a standard mattress fits tightly into the corners and leaves a gap at the end, which a duvet will fill, therefore the bed has been priced to reflect this. We can provide a quote for a bespoke mattress if required.

The bed is provided with a set of new substantial slats.

Despite it's delicate appearance the bed is substantial and solid.
