Description

This French antique upholstered bed is offered in very good condition.

The bed has a solid mahogany framework, the panels have been newly upholstered in an oatmeal fabric with cream stripes.

The headboard has a swept shape with a ornate carved shell to the top.

The footboard has a solid mahogany border with swept detailing.

The upholstery has been finished with antique stud work detailing.

The bed stands on carved escargot legs.

The bed comes with a newly fitted set of substantial bed slats.

The bed is double with 1400 mm wide but is slightly longer than a double so we will supply a foam fillet extension upholstered in a neutral fabric to make the mattress fit the bed.
