This delightful French oak kingsize bed is offered in very good condition.
The bed comes with a newly fitted set of bed slats and is very sturdy.
The carving is very intricate including fruit,flowers and a pair of lovebirds.
This style of bed is sometimes referred to as marriage bed due to the love birds encompassed in a basket of flowers.
The headboard has a ribbon detailing that has one piece missing, please see photo.
The inside of the footboard has been upholstered in a contemporary fabric.
The footboard has floral carving and stands on classic escargot feet.
