The frame of the bed are solid walnut and the panels have been quarter veneered.
The headboard has swept shaping and a carving of leaves and flowers to the frame.
The footboard has matching swept shaping and carvings of leaves to the top and base of the frame and a plaque of carved flowers in the centre.
The inside panel of the footboard has been upholstered in a contemporary fabric.
The side panels also have a swept shaping with matching carving.
The bed sits on classic cabriole legs with escargot feet.
The bed will accommodate a standard double mattress.
The bed comes complete with a set of new substantial slats.
