Figured Mahogany Georgian Antique Double Wardrobe

This Figured Mahogany Georgian Antique Double Wardrobe circa, 1790 is full of the charm and character that you can expect from a piece over two hundred years old. This super antique has a moulded cornice with dental moulding above two cupboard doors with key with working lock with beautifully figured raised fielded central panels. The interior has been later converted so now has a brass hanging rail ideal for modern day use. The base has two oak lined drawers with decorative brass handles and stands on raised legs with moulded feet and brass castors. It splits into two sections for easy removal. The mahogany has aged to a warm medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
