Georgian Style Camel Back Sofa

1900 - 1920
Description

A very smart Geo II style sofa probably dating from around 1920. It has nicely swept arms and a shaped back. It stands on four mahogany shell carved cabriole legs at the front and has three shaped legs at the rear.

It has recently been re-upholstered and covered in light green/grey velvet material. It has three new duck feather cushions.

The frame is in good condition with no loose joints. There is a small chip to one front foot.

As the underlying upholstery is in good condition it would not be too costly to have it re-covered in your choice of fabric.

The maximum dimensions are:

214cm (84") wide

89cm (35") high, seat height is 48cm (19")

84cm (33") deep

National and International delivery arranged at cost.
