Description

Edwardian Figured Mahogany Bow Fronted Antique Wardrobe

Dating from around 1910 in The Edwardian period This Wonderful Figured Mahogany Bow Fronted Antique Wardrobe has a moulded cornice above two full length beautifully figured doors with cross banded edges and boxwood and ebony string inlay and key with working lock. The interior has a removable shelf above a brass hanging rail and hooks. This super antique stands on splayed bracket feet. The mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
