Spectacular Quality Figured Mahogany Early Victorian Antique Triple Wardrobe

This Spectacular Quality Figured Mahogany Early Victorian Antique Triple Wardrobe circa 1840 has been constructed from the finest quality figured mahogany and could only have been the work of a true Victorian craftsman. This amazing wardrobe has a moulded cornice above a flamed mahogany frieze and has three full length beautifully figured doors with splendid mouldings and two beautiful scrolled corbels and key with working lock. The left hand interior has a double hanging space with deep lower drawer with decorative brass handles. The right hand interior has four ash lined sliding linen trays above three deep ash lined drawers again with decorative brass handles. This spectacular wardrobe stands on a plain plinth and splits into several sections for easy removal. The Mahogany has aged to a warm medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
