Description

Georgian panelled Gothic oak settle, hall seat, bench or sofa. Large and attractive, with no loose joints. Full of charm and character. Very decorative. Recently recovered with no wear or marks, retaining the original horse hair seat swab beneath. Fantastic panelled back.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations. Historic woodworm holes as one would expect, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure. Repairs to the feet as is to be expected with period oak.

Overall maximum dimensions: 181cm wide, 70cm deep, 102cm high (47cm high seat when sat on).
