Heavily Carved Breton French 57 Ins Wide Chestnut Wood Bed

Description

A very interesting French chestnut wood Queen size bed, originally from Brittany.

Some of our pictures do not show the finials on the head and footboards but we do have them . Also there are a few spindles missing on the foot board and we are in the process of having these made, so the bed, on delivery will be intact.

The bed comes with slats and with the original side rails and bolts. The mattress (not provided ) would then sit on to the slats.

Since listing this bed the original missing spindles have been found and are now safely and securely in place.
