Having two short over four long graduating, cock-beaded drawers, each having the original turned handles and lozenge shaped ivory escutcheons.
Standing on splayed bracket feet, with boxwood stringing inlay above.
In excellent antique condition, minor historical veneer repairs to the feet.Historical veneers to the cross-banding to the top of the chest, shown in the pictures. Lovely rich colour, bees-waxed and polished. A practical, yet beautiful item of furniture, from a very elegant era.
