Description

Remarkable English Arts & Crafts movement walnut triple wardrobe c.1900. Large flared cornice over three doors with stunning Arts and Crafts or Art Nouveau style carved detail of fruit trees with sinuous entwined stems running the length of the doors. Full length shaped and bevelled dressing mirror to the centre and a fitted interior of slide and drawers to the right hand door. Unfortunately the maker is unknown but there is an original retailer’s label to interior from the great Manchester department store of Kendal, Milne & Co. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Original, mirror, handles and fitting.
