Beautifully Figured Walnut Antique Victorian Wardrobe

Dating from ca. 1890 this Beautifully Figured Walnut Antique Victorian Wardrobe has a moulded cornice above a central door with the original bevelled mirror, original art Nouveau handle and the interior has a brass hanging rail. The sides have beautiful decorative carvings and striking burr walnut figured panels. The wardrobe sits above a deep double drawer with the original art Nouveau handles and the whole piece stands on shaped bracket feet. It benefits from being adapted so it can split into four sections for ease of removal, so should fit into most properties. The wardrobe has aged to a warm walnut shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
