Waterfall Antiques has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
These can be taken out and stored, and a brass clothes rail fitted; this compartment has a total internal height of 1085mm. All of the drawers are lined in solid mahogany and they retain their original turned knob handles. There is a working door key to the original gilt-brass lock. This superb gentleman's wardrobe is English, and it dates from c.1850s.
