Quiet Street Antiques of Bath has dated this piece to the 1860s.
Of very good quality they depict a couple (perhaps Street Vendors?): she wears a long dress, her shoes peeking cheekily beneath, apparently offering a basket of fruit, whilst he wears a long cloak with a fur collar, carrying a stick in his right hand and holding a valuable object in his left.
Both are mounted on their original rouge marble circular bases, and measure 10ins (25cms) high. Sculptor unknown but beautifully modelled. Priced for the pair.
