French Walnut Carved Bed

1900 - 1920
Description

This French bed is offered in very good condition.

The bed has a headboard that has a lovely swept shape with a large carved shell to he centre of the top of the headboard and intricate carving to the panel.

The foot board has the same lovely shape with a carved centre panel.

The bed stands on carved escargot feet.

The carving is very good with floral designs.

The bed has a newly fitted slatted base that fits a standard mattress (1900MM X1400MM ).

The overall dimensions are

156 cmWIDE , 150cmTALL

Footboard

1640 cm WIDE , 97 cm TALL

Internal dimensions are

190CM LONG , 140 CM WIDE
