French Carved Painted Armoire.

1900 - 1920
Description

This delightful French carved walnut armoire is offered in very good condition.

The armoire has recently been painted in a farrow and ball winborne white and sympathetically shabbied and waxed.

The armoire comprises of a carved shell top with a shaped canopy, the cabinet stands on carved escargot feet.

The armoire has a fitted drawer to the base and the door opens to reveal a set of adjustable shelves and an extra drawer.

The armoire retains its original bevelled mirror and has a working key and lock.

We have taken a photo of the canopy and door off the robe to show size for transportation and delivery.

The armoire can be used as a linen press or we can fit a hanging rail if required at no extra cost.

The overall dimensions are

1040mm wide

2410mm tall

500mm deep

380mm internal depth
